TECHNICAL MANAGER (ELECTRICAL)

CONSTRUCTION- TECHNICAL TEAM

• Manage and coordinate all electrical works for semiconductor manufacturing facilities and mission-critical projects at Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure electrical works comply with project specifications, design requirements, and applicable standards.
• Drive coordination among project stakeholders to resolve technical issues, mitigate construction risks, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, and installation quality to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, backup power supply, emergency power systems, and other critical electrical infrastructure.
• Support authority submissions, technical inspections, testing, and commissioning activities as required.
• Attend site coordination meetings, client meetings, and technical discussions to ensure alignment with project schedules and construction requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Preferred relevant experience in electrical construction works for semiconductor facilities, mission-critical facilities, industrial plants, or other complex building projects.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, construction coordination, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong technical & analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with site teams, external consultants, subcontractors, and clients to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Willing to be based full-time at the project site in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah.
