Technical Manager - FCFP - Full Chip/Sub System

Role Overview

Design planing/Floorplaning/Powerplaning/Repeater planing/Analog integration of chiplet or subsystem

Key Responsibilities

• Define floorplans
• Optimize PPA
• Pin assignment, repeater analysis, partition level experience

Required Skills & Expertise

• Innovus / ICC2
• Exposure to Fusion Compiler

Preferred Skills

• Strong TCL scripting capability
• Python scripting is a plus
• Experience in advanced nodes (7nm and below)

Experience 8-15 years

Education

BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics or related field
