The Job

• Support the existing Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform
• Proactively avoid incidents by reviewing and acting on error messages from the CIAM platform and dependent services
• Prepare hotfixes and release documentation to rectify bugs and defects
• Coordinate with the System Assurance (Testing) team to ensure that adequate testing scope is performed for hotfix releases
• Triage and Troubleshooting of CIAM Platform Issues
• Participate in the Support Duty Roster for 24x7 Support Coverage
• Work closely with Shenzhen development teams, System Assurance, Infrastructure and Operations teams to deliver high-quality systems

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline
• ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, system integration, and support
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker and ArgoCD
• Programming and development skills in Java (mandatory) and at least one of Perl, JavaScript or Groovy
• Operational fluency in creating SQL queries, LDAP search queries, and JSON file formatting
• Working knowledge of modern identity protocols, authentication and authorisation standards, such as OAuth2, OIDC & PKCE
