Technical Manager/ Senior Technical Manager

About the role

Develop quality management strategies, maintain safe, reliable and efficient system of building services and facilities in the assigned portfolio. Plan, execute and manage building maintenance works, repair, renovation, fitting-out and A&A projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quality management strategies, maintain safe, reliable and efficient system of building services and facilities in the assigned portfolio
• Plan, execute and manage building maintenance works, repair, renovation, fitting-out and A&A projects from inception to completion
• Monitor consultants and contractors
• Conduct periodic review, update maintenance procedures and systems to ensure service quality and work standard
• Provide recommendations on tenant fitting out and other departments
• Manage budget
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisors

About you

• Degree holder in Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Studies or related disciplines
• Professional Qualification of MHKIS / MHKIE / MCIBSE or equivalent is preferred
• At least 10 years' relevant experience in property maintenance and management, with at least 5 years at managerial level
• Familiar with AutoCAD and good computer skill
• Familiar with Hong Kong Government Regulations
• Well organized, good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
