Technical Manager / Technical Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise technical teams to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
• Ensure compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements
• Provide technical oversight on testing methodologies, equipment utilization, data analysis, and result interpretation
• Deliver technical support and consultancy services to operations, customer service teams, frontline staff, and clients
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and operational excellence
• Review, develop, and implement technical procedures and best practices
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior technical staff to strengthen team capabilities and technical expertise

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and quality management systems is preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
