WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver SoftWave Therapy treatments following provider orders and clinic protocols
• Prepare treatment rooms
• Assist with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and other wellness treatments
• Room patients, take vital signs, and complete intake documentation
• Document treatments and patient progress accurately
• Monitor patient progress and celebrate their recovery journey
• Help patients stay on track with their treatment plans and follow-up appointments
• Provide exceptional patient care and build lasting patient relationships
• Collaborate closely with clinic lead and our clinical team
• Help us continually improve the patient experience and care

QUALIFICATIONS

• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) or at least 1-2 year(s) of clinical experience
• Nice to have: Experience in the wellness or clinic industry
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Ability to work independently and follow clinical protocols consistently
• Ability to collaborate in a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
