Top Shadow is a leading provider of innovative outdoor shading solutions, specializing in pergolas, car parking shades, and tensile membrane structures. We are expanding our technical team to support our growing project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Estimation & Takeoff: Prepare accurate material quantity takeoffs, cost estimations, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for client proposals and ongoing projects.
• 2D Drafting & Detailing: Create and modify 2D shop drawings, technical details, and layout plans (AutoCAD).
• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Develop clean 3D conceptual models for client proposals (using SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools—3ds Max is not required).
• Proposal Support: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to prepare clear, visually clear, and accurate technical packages for clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical office or estimation role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) and 3D modeling software (SketchUp / Rhino or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of material estimation, structural basics, and quantity survey techniques.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Experience in steel structures
