Technical Office Engineer – Civil

• Provide technical support for design and execution
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients
• Monitor site progress, schedules, and resource allocation
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design
• Resolve technical issues to avoid delays
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Perform quality checks and address non-conformities
• Support and guide junior team members

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a Higher Technical Diploma (or similar certification)
• Additional certifications are an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role, with UAE experience preferred
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
