Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Office Engineer to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing shop drawings, BOQs, and conducting quantity surveying tasks within civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review shop drawings.
• Develop and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD .
• Good command of Civil 3D (C3D) .
• Experience using ASD .
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of shop drawings, BOQs, and quantity surveying.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Graduation years: 2020 to 2022 .
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge in shop drawings, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying.
• Proficient in Civil 3D.
• Experience in residential construction projects is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
