Technical Office Engineer

We are a reputed construction company seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Construction contracts administration, Subcontractors Contracts, Experienced in using various versions of FIDIC (1987, 1999, etc.), possess knowledge in arbitrations, and demonstrate strong English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer construction contracts .
• Handle contract disputes and arbitrations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with various Subcontractor to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
• Review Contract Documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry in Dubai/UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts (1987, 1999, etc.).
• Proven experience in Contract Administration.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• capable of using structural design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, SAFE, or Robot) to design and verify temporary works, including tower crane foundations and heavy-duty scaffolding systems
