About Us: A leading construction contracting company in the Umm AL Quwain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Office Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Handle cost estimation and tendering processes.
• Manage contracts, variation orders, and claims.
• Prepare payment certificates.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants and site engineering teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Over 5 years of proven experience in Technical Office, Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, Tendering, and Contract Administration.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architect
• Certifications & Registrations:
• Core Skills: Strong background in BOQ preparation, material take-off, shop drawing review, and project coordination.
