Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to oversee technical operations, coordinate project documentation, and ensure the efficient execution of interior fit-out and construction projects.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Manage and supervise technical office operations and project documentation.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
• Ensure technical drawings comply with project specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with design, execution, procurement, and project management teams.
• Monitor technical progress and resolve design-related and site-related issues.
• Oversee quantity take-offs, BOQs, and technical evaluations.
• Review project variations and support cost control activities.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of technical documents.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Previous experience in a technical office management or supervisory role is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant project management software.
• Strong leadership, technical coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
