Technical Office / Tender Engineer

Position: Technical Office / Tender Engineer – Civil Degree
Location: Doha, Qatar
Contract: Long-Term

We are looking for an experienced Technical Office / Tender Engineer to join our team in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of total experience
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience
• Strong experience in Technical Office and Tender Preparation
• Experience in earthworks – Mandatory
• Infrastructure and road works experience preferred
• Marine / marine civil, dredging or reclamation experience – Highly Preferred
• Strong experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ, estimation, rate analysis and tender documentation
• Experience in method statements, technical submissions, drawings/specification review, cost analysis and value engineering
• Experience with subcontractor/supplier quotations, variations, claims and post-contract quantity reconciliation
