Technical Officer - (ACMV/Building/Electrical/Mechanical)

• Supervise and lead technicians in executing facilities management and maintenance activities.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for ACMV, Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and related systems.
• Investigate faults and breakdowns, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities to ensure service excellence and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders on maintenance, rectification, and project works.
• Support Minor Works, A&A projects, and site improvement initiatives, including inspections, quotations, costing, and project coordination.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, quotations, and documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), quality, and operational standards.
• Support ad-hoc projects, maintenance, repairs, and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, M&E Services, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical, ACMV, Building Systems, or Project Coordination will be advantageous.
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues and work independently.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Positive attitude, resourceful, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good safety mindset and commitment to Workplace Safety & Health practices.
• EMA Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification will be an advantage for Electrical candidates.
