Technical Officer/ Building Operations Exec - Full Time

Location: Central (required to support a few sites if needed)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Salary: $2800 - $3600 (Depending on experience & role)
Duration: Full Time

Technical Officer (Building)

• Lead technicians in executing facilities management, preventive/corrective maintenance, and routine building inspections.
• Coordinate contractors and maintenance works, ensuring quality, safety, compliance, and timely completion of work orders.
• Verify completed works and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Support A&A, upgrading, and improvement projects to enhance building systems and operational efficiency.

Building Executive

• Conduct daily building inspections and oversee cleanliness, security, landscaping, waste management, carpark, repairs, defects, and fire safety matters.
• Coordinate term contractors and M&E teams to ensure scheduled servicing, inspections, fit-out, reinstatement, and maintenance works are completed effectively.
• Manage fire safety and emergency preparedness, including fire system inspections, drills, and participation in the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
• Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets, procurement, contract administration, and related documentation.
• Liaise with tenants, the public, contractors, and authorities to address feedback, support improvement works, and maintain positive tenant relationships.

Requirement

• Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec with min 2-3 years of experience
• Experience managing commercial, retail, industrial, or mixed-use buildings, including day-to-day operations, maintenance, defects, and common facilities.
• Ability to coordinate term contractors, monitor service schedules, inspect completed works, and ensure contractors meet contractual, safety, and quality requirements.
