Job Requirement

• Setting up and configuring AV hardware, including microphones, projectors, speakers and video monitors,
• Performing live operation which involves mixing live audio, managing camera feeds and adjusting lighting levels in real-time
• Running tests on videos, audio, and signals and troubleshooting any problems that arise.
• Meeting event coordinator’s standards by handling equipment malfunctions and executing a flawless event.
• Case session video - recording and Video-editing
• Providing technical assistance to all clinical works, and maintenance of websites/in-house computer and server system
• Disassembling equipment, wiring and support tools in a safe manner.
• Carrying out any cleaning, maintenance, or repairs on audiovisual equipment.
• Maintaining detailed logs of equipment inventory and scheduling repairs with external vendors when necessary

Required Skills & Qualification

• Applicant should possess a Higher Diploma or above in AV production, information technology (“IT”) or other related discipline, preferably with work experience in related field.
• Good knowledge of AV software (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, editing suites) and IT equipment, and sound knowledge of program skills
• Good problem-solving ability, ability to work under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work shifts including weekday evenings and Saturdays.   Work on Sundays or public holidays may be required in case of special events
• Creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility.
