Technical Officer

Job Duties:

• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance of robotics, drones, and related electronic products.

• Conduct product testing, calibration, firmware updates, and quality checks to ensure the functionality and reliability of repaired products.

• Provide on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance when required.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide technical assistance.

• Support product demonstrations, exhibitions, and customer events.

• Maintain service records and repair reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related disciplines.

• 2 years or above relevant experience in repair, maintenance, or technical support.

• Familiar with robotics, drones, electronic devices, or automation equipment.

• Knowledge of mechanical assembly, soldering, wiring, and fault diagnosis.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Willing to perform outdoor and field work when required.

• A valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites will be an advantage.

• Experience with DJI products or drone operation will be an advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
