Technical Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation
• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
• Supervise technician to carry out daily maintenance work etc.;

Job Requirement:

• Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• A minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management company;
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker is an advantage

Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, marriage leave, full attendance leave, exam leave, training allowance, newborn baby allowance, medical allowance , professional membership allowance and other special leave.
