TECHNICAL OFFICER

TECHNICAL OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting manager in providing high quality management services of property and daily operation for office building

Requirement:

• Degree / Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent
• Min. 3 years post graduate experience in building maintenance
• Supervise a team of technical staff
• Monitor contractors’ performance and other technical services
• Proficient in PC operation and MS office
• Innovative to apply new technological and management skills in practical situations
• Self- motivated and able to work under stress
• Experience with commercial building management would be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
