Technical Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine maintenance and operational tasks.

• Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair and maintenance work.

• Address technical requests from owners and tenants.

• Monitor the performance of building facilities.

• Prepare lists of equipment and inventory.

• Supervise and conduct testing and commissioning.

• Provide full support for all technical matters related to property takeover and handover.

• Coordinate with internal departments and tenants to review fit-out submissions, and oversee alteration, addition, and improvement projects.

• Monitor the service quality of relevant contractors.

• Assist in budget preparation and cost control.

• Plan, implement, and review the Preventive Maintenance Program and energy conservation measures to achieve the company’s sustainability goals.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management/ Building surveying or related disciplines;
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in commercial building;
• A Registered Electrical Worker Certificate holder is a must.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, and able to work under pressure;
• Positive and pro-active, service-oriented with excellent customer and problem-solving skills;
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.
