What they need
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in building maintenance and repair works, liaising with estate management, technical departments and contractors to oversee facility services; Handling customer enquiries, providing recommendations on alteration proposals; Supervising technicians as well as external contractors, respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and perform necessary repairs
Requirements:
- Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms:
- With Annual Leave 14 days and Medical Benefits, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
