Technical Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works in building;
• Supervise in-house workmen to finish the daily R&M works in building;
• Monitor and record all aspects of maintenance programs as well as prepare relevant monthly reports, tender documents and contract administration;
• Enforce safety for works carried out by direct labours and contractors;
• Attend the Hard FM meetings with landlord, government departments and contractors to technical enquiries and issues;
• Perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call out duty as assigned; and
• 6 day work.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or Building Studies or above;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the field of property / Facility management;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently; and
• Proficient in MS applications, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD and building/ maintenance information system.
