Technical Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the progress of maintenance works and make recommendations for improvement works.
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation.
• Manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works.
• Monitor contractors and in-house technicians to ensure required quality and safety standards are met.
• Prepare budgets and tender documents, and manage the tendering process.

Job Requirements:

• Holder of a Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above).
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in property maintenance or a related field for commercial and residential buildings.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Experience in property and facility management is required.
• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Self-initiative and able to work independently.
