Technical Officer

About the role

Technical Officer responsible for overseeing and coordinating the estate's Large Scale Maintenance Project from preparation to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the estate's Large Scale Maintenance Project from preparation to completion
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, government departments, IO, residents, and estate management staff
• Monitor site progress, work quality, contractor performance, and construction safety
• Prepare project records, progress reports, inspection notes, meeting records, and defect lists
• Attend IO, project, site, and residents' meetings when required
• Handle residents' enquiries and coordinate access or work arrangements
• Arrange manpower and support project-related tasks with estate management officers
• Assist in daily maintenance, repair, renovation, and fitting-out works

Requirement

• Diploma or above in building, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related disciplines preferred
• Relevant experience in estate maintenance or project coordination preferred
• Responsible, organized, communicative, and able to work independently
