Technical Officer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Officer to provide technical support, product guidance, and on-site assistance to customers. The ideal candidate will ensure proper product application, resolve technical issues, conduct site inspections, and work closely with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product usage and application.
• Conduct site visits to inspect projects and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support customer requirements and business development activities.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and application techniques to customers.
• Resolve customer technical queries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, and site visit reports.
• Conduct product trials, testing, and quality assessments where required.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Train dealers, contractors, engineers, and customers on product application and best practices.
• Collect market feedback and provide technical insights to improve products and services.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, technical support activities, and project updates.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred for building materials and construction-related industries.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in technical support, site engineering, technical services, or product application.
• Fresh Diploma/B.E. graduates with good technical knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials or related products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer handling and relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and customer meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
