Technical Officer, Facilities Operations (Shift-Based)

Join our facilities maintenance team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of building electrical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and equipment breakdowns.
• Supervise maintenance works carried out by technicians and contractors.
• Monitor facility operations and ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
• Support facility improvement projects and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities, building services, or electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• LEW certification is an advantage.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
