Technical Officer (Facility Management)

Job Responsibilities

• To support license renewal for branches regularly

• To support, follow up & monitor work order / quotation /invoicing / contractor performance and streamlining system/procedure

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters and branch operation

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of proper repair and maintenance records

• Coordinate and supervise in-house technicians for inventory control and regular inventory audit (repair spare part)

• Assist in ad-hoc tasks are required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning / electrical appliances / property & facility management, experience in F&B industry is an advantage
• Holder of REW A0, with knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and building services installation is preferred
• Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD
• Good supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
