Technical Officer (Infra/ L1/L2 Support)

The Role:

• Provide on-site Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, including break/fix and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for PCs, notebooks, IP phones, tablets, printers, and related peripherals.

• Deliver dedicated VIP and VVIP support, ensuring high levels of service quality and responsiveness.
  Proactively manage and resolve IT service requests, incidents, and escalations within agreed service levels.
  Perform pre-meeting preparation, rehearsal, and standby support for executive meetings, video conferences, and critical management events.

• Provide support for end-user devices and workplace technologies across office, branch, and data centre locations.

• Conduct hardware troubleshooting, diagnosis, replacement, and maintenance activities.

• Perform basic infrastructure support, including server rack maintenance, UPS checks, and related equipment health monitoring.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in deskside support, field services, or infrastructure support environment.
• Prefer supporting VIP/VVIP users and senior management stakeholders expereince
• Prefer hands-on experience with: Windows 10/11, iOS devices and tablets, Microsoft Office products, Printers, IP phones, and client-side peripherals, IMAC and break/fix support, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange
• Experience supporting video conferencing and meeting room technologies.
  Familiarity with basic server room operations, rack equipment maintenance, UPS systems, and infrastructure support.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
