Technical Officer (Infrastructure and Coordination Management)

What You'll Do:

1. Liaise with internal stakeholders to consolidate existing, upcoming, abandoned, and long-term (15-year) utility development plans to Lead Agency (LA)
2. Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor consultancy services and site investigation works
3. Support the implementation of Major Infrastructure Workflow requirements, including project reporting, progress tracking, status updates, contract administration, and monitoring of consultancy and site works
4. Coordinate with consultants and developing agencies to facilitate and implement site optimisation initiatives
5. Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the job scope

What You'll Need:

1. Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering discipline from a recognized Polytechnic in Singapore
2. Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the power or utilities industry
3. Proficient in computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
4. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
6. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
