Technical Officer | Own Transport Needed

Working Hours: Monday – Friday @ 8am- 5.30pm

Working Location: Multiple Sites

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and coordinate the maintenance of EV charging stations with the contractors.
• Carry out maintenance of EV chargers for certain EV charging station / battery charger swap station models
• Attending to customers’ enquiries and coordinating with landlords before the commencement of maintenance work
• Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in system. Prepare and collate information for monthly reports
• Performing backend monitoring of the EV charging stations network using the Charging Station Management System and to carry out basic diagnostic of issues
• Responding to and troubleshooting issues/interruptions related to EV charging station hardware/firmware
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Customer Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain an inventory of tools, spare parts and maintenance equipment, ensuring availability for site work
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements (e.g. to maintenance procedures, reporting workflows, etc.)
• Assist in evaluating contractor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Perform standby duty during and after office hours for network incidents and special events
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• Diploma in relevant Engineering field from any of the recognized Polytechnics in Singapore
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to interpret technical data and logs from charging systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with contractors, customers, and internal teams
• Able to work on odd timings upon activation, ad-hoc tasks beyond work scope and public holidays and weekends if necessary
• Have a valid Class 3 Driving License
• Prefer candidate with own transportation for travelling to sites
