Technical Officer - Projects, CAD & Technical Support

HIRING: TECHNICAL OFFICER - PROJECTS, CAD & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Galleria Ceramica is looking for a Technical Officer to support our Sales, Marketing, and Fabrication teams through technical drawings, tile layouts, fabrication coordination, and product/design support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CAD & Technical Drawings

• Create and prepare AutoCAD layouts and tile designs based on project plans, specifications, and client requirements.
• Visit project sites when needed to measure areas and gather site information for accurate drawings.
• Incorporate tile specifications, dimensions, patterns, and tile quantity requirements into drawings.
• Prepare drawing sets, verify dimensions and specifications, and maintain organized drawing files.

Fabrication & Technical Support

• Process and coordinate fabrication requests for swatches, sample boards, accents, and customized tile products.
• Compute material requirements and fabrication costs for quotations.
• Coordinate with and monitor the Warehouse Fabrication Team to ensure outputs meet specifications.
• Monitor the use of fabrication materials and maximize available excess, sample, and damaged tiles.

Marketing & Product Support

• Assist in showroom displays, tile arrangements, swatch boards, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain product catalogues and technical files for easy retrieval.
• Provide technical and product input to support sales and marketing activities.

Training & Team Support

• Provide technical guidance and training to Sales and Marketing staff on AutoCAD, Photoshop, products, and design applications.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new team members on product and design-related matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with tile layouts, architectural drawings, or similar projects
• Able to read and interpret architectural/project plans
• Comfortable conducting site measurements and site visits
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements, drawings, and material quantities
• Able to coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Architects, Interior Designers, and Fabrication teams
• Organized, responsive, and able to meet deadlines

Work Location: Parañaque City
Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
Saturday - 8am to 2:30pm

Office Location: along Doña Soledad Ave., Betterliving, Parañaque City
