We are looking for a Technical Operations Associate who is detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys working with data, operations, and finance.

Experience: 1-3 years
Location : Porvorim, Goa (On-site)
Timings - UK (GMT) includes night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain operational data and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Support finance and accounts-related operational activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Finance, or Accounts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, Charts, and Data Analysis).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
