Key Responsibilities
Monitor the daily operation of the gaming platform and internal systems.
Ensure gaming transactions and operational processes are accurate and completed on time.
Identify, investigate, and report system issues, transaction errors, and operational irregularities.
Coordinate with the IT, Risk Control, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve technical concerns.
Escalate critical system issues to the appropriate team for immediate action.
Perform routine system monitoring and operational checks.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and system activities.
Assist in testing new system features, updates, and operational enhancements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and data confidentiality.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
