Job Overview

The First Sol is looking for a motivated, responsible, and quick-learning Technical Operations Coordinator Intern with strong communication skills and an interest in technology, team coordination, and technical operations.

The selected candidate will receive training according to the company's systems, processes, and requirements. The role involves supporting the CEO with daily technical operations and coordinating with the development and BD teams to ensure smooth workflows, system availability, and timely communication.

The candidate will gradually learn to handle operational responsibilities independently and help coordinate activities when the CEO is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor company servers, systems, and technical services to help ensure they remain operational.
• Coordinate with developers and the technical team regarding ongoing tasks, technical issues, and project updates.
• Act as a coordination point between the CEO and the technical team when the CEO is unavailable.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure important updates are communicated on time.
• Identify technical or operational issues and escalate them to the relevant team members when needed.
• Maintain clear communication between team members and help resolve coordination gaps.
• Assist in monitoring daily technical operations and ensure tasks are handled according to company priorities.
• Learn and follow company procedures, tools, and technical workflows.
• Prepare basic status updates and report operational concerns to the CEO.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure proper follow-up.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in technology, software development, and IT operations.
• Basic understanding of computers, the internet, servers, or software systems is preferred.
• Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Responsible, proactive, punctual, and willing to take ownership.
• Ability to communicate professionally with developers, management, and other team members.
