About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day technical and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication and organizational skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations.
• Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and operational documentation.
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and other operational records.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Support technical teams with routine operational and administrative activities.
• Identify process gaps and assist in implementing process improvements.
• Handle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of technical/IT operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good follow-up and task-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
