About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager who will oversee and manage technical operations involving ATM machines, petroleum-related systems/equipment, and Command Center operations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to manage people, equipment, projects, maintenance activities, and operational concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Preferably with 5+ years of relevant technical or operations experience, including supervisory/managerial experience
• Experience in ATM machines, electronic equipment, petroleum systems, monitoring systems, or Command Center operations is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, electronics, troubleshooting, networking, and technical systems
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance is preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Able to manage technical teams and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other departments
• Willing to travel and conduct site visits when required
• Willing to work on-call or beyond regular hours when operational requirements demand

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall technical operations covering ATM machines, petroleum equipment/systems, and Command Center activities
• Lead and supervise technical, engineering, IT, and field personnel
• Monitor equipment performance, maintenance, repairs, and service requirements
• Establish and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Monitor technical incidents and ensure timely resolution and escalation
• Oversee Command Center monitoring, reporting, incident response, and coordination
• Coordinate with clients regarding technical requirements, service issues, and operational concerns
• Manage technical projects, installations, system upgrades, and deployments
• Evaluate technical problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Monitor service levels, operational efficiency, and team performance
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for technical requirements and equipment
• Prepare management reports, technical recommendations, and operational updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable technical requirements
