What you will do

As a Technical Operator on automated lines, you are responsible for operating and optimizing fully automated production systems to ensure performance, quality, and compliance in a GMP-regulated environment. You combine technical expertise with operational discipline to maintain equipment performance and drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment / lines
• Perform set-ups, changeovers, and line cleaning and / or clearances
• Troubleshoot process disturbances and restore performance
• Maintain equipment and perform minor adjustments
• Document and verify production data in SAP/MES systems
• Support deviation management and triage activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, problem-solving methodologies)
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production processes
• Adjust mechanical and parametrical settings to optimize performance
• Perform root cause analysis (e.g., RCA, 5WHY).

What we expect from you

You combine strong technical capability with a structured and quality-driven mindset.

• MBO or equivalent technical education
• Proven experience in automated production environments, preferably assembly, labeling and / or packaging
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Experience with troubleshooting methodologies (e.g., RCA, 5WHY)
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment (preferably GMP)
• Familiarity with SAP/MES systems
• High level of ownership and structured way of working
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to work in 3 & 5 shifts.
