Technical Operator Billingham (Home of McCoys, Wheat Crunchies, POM-BEAR, and more…)

Shift: Monday to Friday, alternating between an early shift (7:15am - 2:00pm) and a late shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) on a two-week rotation.

About The Role In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, helping to produce the quality snacks our customers love. You’ll operate machinery, monitor quality, and keep things running smoothly to meet production targets. What will you be doing?

• Operating packing and processing machinery to meet production goals
• Tackling operational challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Working as part of a team to maintain high standards across the line
• Making a difference by contributing to continuous improvement and quality
• Learning to carry out product testing and machine changeovers

Job Requirements We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:

• A good level of literacy and numeracy, with attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues
• Experience in manufacturing or food production (or a willingness to learn)
• Food Safety Level 2 is desirable – but don’t worry, we provide full training
• A proactive, can-do attitude that aligns with our values of ownership and collaboration
