Technical Operator / Vibe Coder

QL/data analysis experience.We are looking for an experienced Technical Operator/ Vibe Coder to support and further develop an existing live SaaS platform used for client management, sales talent placement, commissions, invoicing, training, and payment processing. This role is not just about writing code. You will be responsible for implementing requirements, testing changes, troubleshooting issues, and making sure updates are working correctly in the live system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features using React, TypeScript/Node.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, serverless functions, and NoSQL-style databases.
• Troubleshoot bugs, including timing, concurrency, and duplicate-data issues.
• Maintain integrations such as payments, email/messaging, and other third-party services.
• Work with commission, billing, invoicing, and other financial logic.
• Test and verify changes before confirming completion.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and provide accurate progress updates.
• Review AI-generated code/output instead of relying on it without verification.
• Support improvements to the platform's overall performance and reliability.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of React experience, including functional components and hooks.
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive web applications.
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience integrating payment systems such as Stripe or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of authentication, permissions, sessions, and access control.
• Experience working with databases and live production data.
• Experience building systems involving payments, billing, payroll, commissions, or invoicing.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Base44, Lovable, Bolt, Replit Agent, v0, or Cursor
• Experience migrating applications from low-code platforms to a traditional development stack.
• SQL/data analysis experience.
• Experience with HR, recruitment, sales, or commission-based platforms.

Work Setup

The role requires a consistent working schedule with regular overlap with US Eastern Time. Candidates should be comfortable with time tracking, clear reporting, and working independently in a remote setup.
