Your Role

As a Technical Presales Engineer, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, helping customers understand, evaluate, and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions.

You will work closely with sales teams, technical specialists, and technology partners to design solutions that address complex business and security challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor during customer engagements and pre-sales activities.
• Understand customer business and security requirements and translate them into tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Design and present technical architectures, solution proposals, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, market trends, European regulations, and industry frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and strategic stakeholders.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
• Promote best practices in information security, data privacy, and compliance.
• Represent the company during customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.

What We're Looking ForExperience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical presales, solutions engineering, cybersecurity consulting, or related customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable.

• Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity technologies and security architectures.
• Excellent solution design and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
