Technical Presales Intern

Join our Presales team and help customers understand the value of AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Solution Architects, and customers to support solution presentations, demonstrations, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer discovery sessions and requirement gathering.
• Assist in preparing solution presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Build and customize product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and use-case showcases.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Support presales activities throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to proposal submission.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful customer engagements.
• Track opportunities and maintain sales-related documentation and reports.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in AI, Cloud, and emerging technologies.
• Basic understanding of software, cloud platforms, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, Power BI, or CRM tools is a plus.
