Technical Problem Manager

We are seeking a Technical Problem Manager to join our team on a remote basis!

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Problem Management lifecycle, from investigation through closure.
• Facilitate and validate Root Cause Analyses.
• Partner closely with Incident Management, Change Management, Engineering, and other team members.
• Drive accountability for corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze incident trends and identify opportunities to reduce operational risk.
• Maintain governance, reporting, metrics, and SLA compliance within the Problem Management process.
• Utilize ServiceNow to track problems, actions, and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Problem Management within an enterprise IT environment.
• Strong technical background in any area involving Network Engineering, Service Engineering, Application Engineering, Technical Support, or Operations.
• Experience leading complex Root Cause Analysis efforts.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, Incident Management, and Change Management processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
