Join a high performing team that is driving meaningful and welcome change across Kiwibank's technology environment. This is an opportunity to become a recognised specialist in process transformation, helping shape how teams work in a future focused organisation. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values fresh thinking, embraces innovation, and is committed to making things better for our people and customers.

If you're passionate about creating lasting impact, influencing change at scale, and helping build smarter ways of working through technology and AI, this role offers the opportunity to do work that truly matters. Guided by our purpose of making Kiwi better off, you'll play a key role in helping Kiwibank continually evolve for the future.

Kō tātou tēnei. Hei kawe i ngā mahi kia tutuki | This is us. Where making an impact matters.
This is your opportunity to lead the process improvement agenda across Technology Enablement & Performance. You'll redesign and optimise digital and technology processes, develop future state process frameworks, and translate opportunities into practical and sustainable ways of working.

Working closely with engineering and technology teams, you'll identify automation opportunities, implement workflow improvements, and champion AI first approaches using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI capabilities. You'll create process artefacts, SOPs, and implementation plans that balance efficiency, risk, and compliance, while providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members. Your expertise will help embed automation by default principles and enable teams to operate more effectively in a rapidly changing technology landscape.

Ko tātou tēnei. Kia hāpai i ō pūkenga | This is us. Where your expertise matters.
For this role we're looking for a confident process improvement specialist who thrives in technology environments, understands modern transformation frameworks, and enjoys mentoring others while driving meaningful change. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
