About the Role

Four Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Procurement & Evaluation Engineer to support our technical evaluation, procurement, tendering, and defense supply operations. The ideal candidate will evaluate products against technical specifications, review technical documentation, coordinate with vendors, and support tender and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender specifications, technical requirements, and compliance criteria.
• Evaluate product datasheets and technical documentation against tender requirements.
• Prepare technical compliance statements and evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with local and international vendors for technical information and documentation.
• Conduct technical comparison and evaluation of products and equipment.
• Support preparation of technical bids, proposals, and tender documentation.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and technical discussions with customers.
• Participate in product demonstrations, inspections, and field trials.
• Conduct technical research to identify suitable products and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret technical datasheets, specifications, and manuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional personality with confidence in dealing with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Willingness to travel for meetings, inspections, field trials, and customer visits.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of tendering and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with defense, surveillance, electronics, or industrial equipment.
• Experience in technical documentation and vendor coordination.
• Ability to conduct product research and technical comparisons.
