Technical Procurement Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of civil construction materials, equipment and consumables.
• Source vendors, obtain quotations and negotiate price, quality and delivery terms.
• Evaluate and compare vendor quotations and prepare POs and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Project/Site, Engineering and Stores teams for material requirements.
• Develop and maintain a reliable vendor/supplier network.
• Track material deliveries and ensure timely availability at project sites.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor database and MIS.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 25 years’ experience in technical procurement, preferably in Civil Construction/EPC/Industrial Projects.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of civil materials, specifications, vendors and market rates.
• Strong negotiation, coordination and communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple project/site requirements will be preferred.
