Technical Product Analyst

Hybrid (1x a week RTO) | Day Shift | Makati City

Key Responsibilities

Platform Configuration & Product Setup

• Configure insurance products, templates, and systems across Aon platforms (e.g., risk codes, eLink, Webforms, Oracle BI Publisher).

Requirements & System Design

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, field mappings, and functional design specifications.

Quality Assurance & Deployment

• Create test scripts, perform specialized testing, log defects in JIRA, and assist with product deployments and training.

Regional Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as an APAC platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating across cross-functional and distributed regional teams.

System Support & Optimization

• Provide application support to meet SLAs, reduce technical debt, and drive continuous process improvements.

Governance & Compliance

• Adhere to regional/global PMO standards, security protocols, and penetration testing compliance.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Experience handling risk-related issues across different client segments
• Strong abstract problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong understanding of user experience and business needs

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
