Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive – Technical Product Development to support and drive New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. The role will involve working on product design, development and improvement, preparing technical drawings using AutoCAD, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring products meet required technical, quality, cost and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and support New Product Development (NPD) activities from concept to final product.
• Develop and modify product designs based on product requirements and business needs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate 2D technical drawings and product details using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, R&D, suppliers and other internal teams for product development and execution.
• Understand product specifications, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Support the development of prototypes, samples and design improvements.
• Identify and resolve technical and design-related issues during product development.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for technical requirements, samples and product development.
• Support cost-effective product development while maintaining required quality standards.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned product development projects.
• Maintain proper technical documentation, drawings and product-related records.
• Contribute to product innovation, modification and continuous improvement initiatives.
