Technical Product Engineer (AI-Assisted Product Development)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Engineer to bridge the gap between product strategy and product delivery. This is a unique hybrid role combining Product Management, AI-assisted development, and hands-on feature ownership.

As a Product Engineer, you will take ownership of features from initial problem discovery through to a working product. You will work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges, define solutions, build prototypes using modern AI-powered development tools, validate outcomes, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, making product decisions, building solutions, and seeing their ideas come to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through to delivery and handover.
• Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and user problems.
• Translate complex requirements into clear product specifications, functional requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Define feature behavior, user workflows, and decision logic across various use cases and scenarios.
• Prioritize initiatives and make informed trade-offs to deliver value efficiently.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype and build solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers and release teams on architecture, code reviews, testing, security, deployment, and maintainability.
• Validate assumptions through user feedback, analytics, and real-world usage.
• Continuously iterate and improve features based on insights and customer needs.
• Create clear documentation, specifications, and handover materials for ongoing support and maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve products, processes, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Background in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in startup, consulting, agency, or fast-paced technology environments.
• Exposure to AI-powered products, automation solutions, or LLM-based applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, databases, and modern cloud platforms.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as: Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Lovable or similar AI-powered development environments
