Technical Product Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements regarding automation and vacuum systems
• Design and conceptualize vacuum automation systems according to machine specifications and operational needs
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) quotations and technical proposals for customers in collaboration with the sales team
• Perform troubleshooting on vacuum and automation systems
• Execute installation, commissioning, testing, and equipment adjustments at customer sites
• Conduct trials and validations to ensure the automation system meets customer requirements
• Provide technical support to both customers and the internal sales team
• Deliver presentations and training sessions regarding product application and vacuum automation systems
• Generate comprehensive reports on trials, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service activities

About you

• Minimum Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automation field
• Proficient in 3D CAD drawing (experience with Autodesk Inventor is preferred)
• Strong understanding of mechatronics and automation systems
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong work ethic and excellent teamwork abilities
• Holding a car driving license (SIM A) is preferred
• Domiciled in Bekasi
