Technical Product Manager

Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: PAN India (Remote)
Shift Timings: 8:00 PM 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of customer-focused technology products. The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.

You will work closely with engineering, customers, business stakeholders, and leadership to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and successfully launch new products and features.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Gather customer feedback and translate business requirements into product features.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, driving continuous improvements.
• Create launch plans, release goals, and adoption strategies.
• Present product updates, roadmap, and business cases to senior leadership.
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Drive innovation and champion customer-centric product development.
• Build, mentor, and manage Product Managers and Product Support professionals.
• Define product metrics and measure the success of product releases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Product Management experience.
• Minimum 3+ years as a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager in a leadership role.
• Strong experience managing software/SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization.
• Experience working with engineering and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience launching successful products.
• Strong presentation and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience working with global teams and customers.
• Exposure to Product Analytics, Customer Experience, and Product Metrics.
